Meditation
During practice; we turn our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep. Here, our body finds its natural state of equilibrium - the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.
Fitness Training
Now instructing private individuals as well as holding group exercise classes. It brings me joy to help our seniors in the community as well as help others to be the best they can be, through exercise and nutrition.
Sound Healing
Singing bowls (sound and vibration) can shift and remove low energy frequencies, such as negativity and anxiety, to higher vibrations inducing a state of ease and harmony within body and mind.
Sound Bath
The body is similar to a musical instrument, it can fall out of tune through use. Our body can also fall out of vibrational harmony. Lower frequency energy such as negativity, fear, anger, depression and similar create blockages to a healthy flow of energy. When there is a deep relaxation from the resonant sound of the singing bowl, our body is affected on a subtler level opening the flow of energy to move us back to vibrational alignment.
