As a woman who has given birth to three children, owned a fitness training business for 16 years and managed a 24/7 Planet Fitness for 12 years, I have had the privilege to help many people achieve their fitness goals and help support them with diet and nutrition.

Having the experience of supporting my boyfriend in a men’s over 50 bodybuilding competition in 2018, helped me gain a new level of understanding of exercise as a sport.  

I now hold group exercise classes for seniors and do personal training.  It brings me joy to help seniors in our community as well as help others be the best they can be.

Tai Chi & Qigong Instructor

Qigong is incorporated into the practice of Tai Chi. Qigong also promotes healing and relaxation bringing benefits to those with chronic health conditions.

A group practice promotes a sense of community, developing  friendships and a healthy support system.

It is recommended that participants consult a physician before attending any fitness or Tai Chi/Qigong classes.
