Angela Callahan

After having my last son and leaving the corporate world as an executive secretary over 30 years ago, I stayed home and raised my boys. 

As a stay-at-home mom, I started helping others through personal training. Helping people to be the best they can be through exercise and nutrition was one of my passions.

During this time as a single mom, I started my spiritual journey with teacher, mentor, Micheal Hall, PhD, author of Awake and Alive. Life then led me to spiritual teacher, Susanne Marie. Assisting Susanne Marie with her coursework as well as traveling with her and playing throughout the country on her retreats continues to be an unfolding blessing.

I have been supported and guided to other amazing teachers for sound healing, yoga, meditation and gong work. My teachers have been a divine grace.

Through my struggles and challenges, I know that having tools to help regulate the nervous system is essential for well-being.

I now share with you practices and teachings that help you to remember your birthright of wholeness, and to feel peace that surpasses all understanding.
